One customer was determined to surprise his fiancé with the engagement ring of her dreams – she had seen a spectacular round diamond solitaire ring in a platinum setting at a London jewelry store, but this ring had been far too expensive, and she’d never seen anything else to compare with it. Luckily, his friend was a former Israel-Diamond customer who had been very happy with our services, and this friend suggested that we could offer a solution to the challenge.
Best Quality Within Budget
The customer sent us an email explaining his dilemma and attached a photo of the ideal engagement ring. As it had been a long time since he saw the ring himself, there were some details in the ring that he could not remember clearly. He said that he was looking for the best quality diamond available within his budget, in a platinum setting.
We offered the customer our standard free professional consultation so we could discuss his budget and learn more about the ring he had seen. During the consultation, we gathered enough information to work on a design which we sent to the customer for approval. We crafted the round diamond solitaire engagement ring set in platinum, then we sent it to the customer and waited to hear whether this new ring matched his fiancee’s vision of the perfect ring.
The Result
Sometime later, we received this email from our very happy customer:
