I initially sent a request to Brad about creating my own ring. He was extremely helpful and nothing was a problem. I sent a screenshot of what I would like and 3 weeks later it turned up at my door and it looks excellent.
My girlfriend absolutely loves the engagement ring and couldn't be happier with it. Not only was the service and updates from Brad excellent, but the price was far cheaper than I found elsewhere. Couldn't recommend them highly enough and if I am looking for more jewelry in the future then I will certainly be back.

Lots of blue sapphires
Well I am attempting to make a one of a kind necklace and a set of matching earrings. I needed about a total of 9 ct of sapphire blue. Other places the price was close to double what I payed from Israel diamonds. I am just in aww how pro and how valuable the team behind this site is. Now that I received the blue sapphire it will be time to buy the diamonds. I am coming here to make that purchase. I also will probably have to have them make it as well. Round Calibrated Diamonds
I had to source the side diamonds for a setting I was having custom done. My jeweler gave me a quote and I decided to browse the internet to see if I could beat it. I had very specific requirements for my stones and they met them easily. They were about 30-40% per stone cheaper. I decided to give it a shot. I was a little worried I was buying expensive CZ's. However, I took them to a certified gemologist in town who assured they weren't CZ's and they in fact were the high quality stones I was seeking. Their verification process is a little lengthy so keep that in mind if you're in a rush as I was. Their staff is very attentive to needs and prompt responses to requests and question. I at the 11th hour decided to up the clarity 2 grades and their staff was able to accommodate my requests and cause no delay to my order process. I highly recommend them.
