If you are ordering loose stones, your order will take 1-2 days to process after your order is confirmed and paid in full. If you are ordering ready-made jewelry, your order will leave our warehouse in 7-14 days. Allow up to three weeks after we receive payment for our craftsmen to complete a custom-made piece of jewelry.

We import our sapphires from Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam and Africa. Our emeralds are sourced in Colombia and Zambia. Our ruby inventory comes from Burma and Thailand.
Yes, most of our gemstones are thermally treated according to recognized industry standards. This is accepted practice by all the leading gemstone laboratories.
If the gemstone does not have a report we will be happy to arrange a third-party gemology report from a reputable gemology laboratory for an additional cost of $100 per carat with a minimum of $79.00. Most gemstones do not have gemology reports because such reports do not provide any added value to buyers due to the fact that currently there is no universal grading standards for gemstones.
