Platinum Solitaire Ring
Israel-Diamonds have just hand-made my wedding ring for me; it is a unique style that they made especially to order after I emailed them a picture of the style that I wanted. The quality of the ring is outstanding, it is heavy platinum set with a beautiful marquise diamond which Brad picked out for me after I told him what I was looking for. I must admit I was a little wary ordering jewellery from Israel when I am based in England but I needn't have worried, both Brad and Daniela have been fantastic during the whole ordering experience and have been very patient with me, answering all my worries and questions, and then talking me through sending the ring back to them to be sized (my fault, I ordered the ring too big). In addition to this, the ring that I now own would have cost me at least double what I paid to Israel-Diamonds if I had bought it in England. I was having trouble getting my mum a pair of emerald clip earrings for Christmas. All the styles I could find were for pierced ears. However, after contacting Israel-Diamonds.com my problem was solved!! Again while browsing the website all I could see were earing styles for pieced ears, but after contacting them through the "contact us" link, I was in touch with someone who could help. Through e-mail I had one person to deal with and he was GREAT!!! Kept in touch, e-mailed the styles that were available as a clip and when I asked for a specific stone to be used, it was done!
I can not commend Israel-Diamonds high enough for the service I received. Even when I placed a late order for Christmas, it arrived in time within the timescale given.
