Round Calibrated Diamonds - G/SI
What a class operation.....I have (so far) made two small purchases from Israel-Diamonds, mostly as a "looks, too good to be true so we'll see" experiment. The first was smooth as glass and their methods of security very impressive. The second was not as smooth, mostly due to high holiday mail volume, but again, handled exactly as I would want. I'd just like to share my buying experience with Israel-Diamonds.com. I've so many good things to say about them that I can't possibly fit it all into a few short sentences. It just wouldn't do them any justice! I'd been searching for the perfect diamond for about a year and with no luck. Either the prices were not right or at least three out of the "four C's" didn't make the grain. Eventually I discovered Israel Diamonds and within their enormous inventory, I found exactly what I was looking for very quickly; a 0.50 carat diamond with virtually no inclusions a very good cut and colour and fluoresence. Obviously I was very dubious about buying a diamond online so I called them up to find out exactly what it was all about. I dealt with Brad and Daniela and they were both fantastic! Brad helped me choose the setting, whilst Daniela gave me regular updates on the progress of my ring. I had to have the ring by a certain date, as I had booked a holiday in order to propose to my girlfriend. This was ensured and the service was much more than satisfactory. When I received the ring, it was everything that I had hoped for and more besides. It's got sparkle and fire inside and it's absolutely stunning!! So, THE GOOD POINTS of using Israel-Diamonds.com: 1) I paid less than half the retail price for an amazing diamond 2) I am 100% certain that my diamond is a lifetime investment 3) My diamond came with a full appraisal from the GIA 4) Any work in progress can be monitored, and once it has been sent, it can be tracked at any stage of it's journey 5) The site is very secure, and making a purchase online never felt safer 6) Brad and the team are more than professional. They really know their stuff and will do anything to ensure an amazing service. THE BAD POINTS: There are no bad points!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend this site: They are professional, efficient, polite, sensitive to your needs and above all, their prices are unbeatable. And I do mean UNBEATABLE. In the end I asked my girlfriend if she would marry me, she said yes, and then spent the next five or six hours in a state of shock as to how beautiful the ring was!! She can't stop looking at it and it's such an eye catcher, neither can anybody else. It just sparkles so much. I can safely say that she is the envy of all her girlfriends, thanks to Israel-Diamonds. With other jewelers I got a long litany of "can'ts";can't guarentee the origin of the rubies; can't put them in "screw-back"earrings;can't...can't...can't! Never heard that word from Israel-Diamonds. I "can't" wait to see my wife of nine months face Christmas morning when she sees the beautiful ruby studs that match her antique ruby engagement ring.
