I was looking for a nice loose Emerald and ring setting for my wife and came across Israel Diamonds. They had a wide selection in a variety of price ranges and with Brad's help, I made my first selection. It wasn't quite what my wife was looking for though - she's a graduate gemologist - so picking stones for her is tough for me. However, Brad exchanged that Emerald for another that was spectacular and more than met her expectations. Their exchange policy really works and their customer service is exceptional.
